Michael KahnMichael Kahn, Artistic Director of the Shakespeare Theatre Company (1992-present) and the Director of the Drama Division of the Juilliard School (he has been a leading member of the faculty since its founding in 1968). Artistic Director Credits: American Shakespeare - Stratford, CT (1969-74); McCarter Theatre - Princeton, NJ (1974-78); Acting Company (1978-1988); and Shakespeare Theatre - Folger (1986-91). He directs often and successfully as he has throughout his career, on Broadway and in regional theaters.

 

 

Vincent M. LancisiVincent M. Lancisi, Artistic Director, founded Everyman Theatre In October 1990. Vince got his undergraduate degree in Theatre from Boston College and his MFA (Directing) from The Catholic University of America. Over 20 years as a free-lance director, Vince has directed in Boston, Washington DC, Baltimore, and Pennsylvania. He has taught Directing at Towson University, University of Maryland, CUA, and Howard Community College. He is a member of the Society of Stage Directors and Choreographers.


Jennifer L. Nelson Jennifer L. Nelson, Producing Artistic Director of the African Continuum Theatre Company. She is President of the League of Washington Theatres. She has worked in theatre for 33 years. She is an award-winning playwright: Torn from the Headlines won the 1996 Helen Hayes Award for Most Outstanding New Play and Hubert & Charlie received a 2003 Larry Neal Writers’ Award. Ms. Nelson has taught at George Washington University, American University, George Mason University and UCLA.

 

Willy ConleyWilly Conley, Chair of Theatre Arts, Gallaudet University, and Quest Affiliate Artist. He is an Associate Artist at Center Stage in Baltimore. His plays have been produced internationally, including at the Kennedy Center. His plays have also been published by The Tactile Mind Press and in the anthology No Walls of Stone. Awards: National Theatre Artist Residency grant, VSA 2000 Playwrights Discovery Award, American Deaf Drama Award, and Sam Edwards Deaf Playwrights Award. Mr. Conley received his MFA in Theatre from Towson University.
