Molly Ross' studio Nana Projects is a company of lanterneers and visual alchemists creating celebrations and animated projections including the annual Great Halloween Lantern Parade at Creative Alliance! Their Magic Lantern Shows are LIVE shadow puppet shows using overhead projectors and gorgeous, hand-manipulated cutouts. Swimming in the Baltimore premiere of Danny the Diver are a scuba diver, a mermaid and the evil octopus Killer Diller. Score by Anne Watts and Boister. In Luna, the Patterson Park Pagoda stands tall as the stolen moon upends the underworld and monsters run amok. Score by Chris Pumphrey.
Videos by Eric Dyer open the evening. Copenhagen Cycles is a film from a zoetrope exploring the Danish city. In Kinetic Sandwich still photos invade a club sandwich.
