MANIFESTO!
Happenstance Theater

MANIFESTO! is a post-modern mute clown duo with surrealist episodes. It is accessible high art you can laugh at. DADA resurrected as HAHA. Happenstance Theater, founded by Mark Jaster and Sabrina Mandell, is committed to creating and producing original theater. Happenstace Theatre creates solo, duo, and ensemble pieces that rely on the physical performance of the actor. With the simplest means, Happenstance creates a visual and accessible theatrical experience. Their work elevates the moment when performers and audience meet, to lift their encounter beyond the daily and the pedestrian into the realms of dreams, poetry, and art. Meaning is often found by happenstance.

A Little Business Under the Big Top
David Gaines

A day at the circus through the eyes and imagination of one underemployed employee.

The company (David Gaines) is about 5' 7'', 140 pounds, with unruly hair and a long history in the visual theatre business. It is currently engaged in the often elusive search for a piece of theatre which will allow even the hardened realist to believe that the marvelous is still possible.

The Amazing Nocheaux!

When the World's Greatest Magician fails to show up for work, two stagehands are left holding the bag...literally.

The Crusty Bakers
The Crusty Bakers can bake ANYTHING. But everyone loves to grab our TASTY BUNS! So, while we bake buns, we have dreams of greatness.

Gooey, cream filled slapstick comedy with Steven Lampredi, Karin Abromaitis, Zia Hilditch, and J. L. Darrah.

The Crusty Bakers are contemporary comedic characters derived from Zanni, the traditional comic servant characters of the Commedia del'Arte. These characters inhabit an imaginary world very much like our real world, in which baking is a way of life. In the Crusty Bakers' world, the love of life, and the rhythm of life often transforms into a dance.
