FreQuest Flyers
What a deal! FreQuest Flyers see as many shows as they want. Become a FreQuest Flyer on-line or at the Towson University Center for the
Arts box office, select the shows you want to see, and then call the
box office at (410) 704-ARTS (2787) to make a reservation. If there
are seats available, they are all yours! It is that easy! Your
tickets will be waiting for you at the venue box office. Pick them up
at least 30 minutes prior to show time. If you don't, we might sell
them to someone else! FreQuest Flyer passes are $40 for students or
$60 for adults. Get yours today!
Ticket Information
Tickets for all performances are available through the Towson
University Center for the Arts Box Office.

Hours
Tuesday-Saturday Noon to 4PM and one hour prior to each performance.
Performance box office hours are for window sales only. No
phone orders will be taken. The box office will be closed November
23-28 and December 23-January 3.

Telephone
Telephone orders may be placed by calling 410-704-ARTS (2787)
and using your VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover
to charge tickets. All reservations must be prepaid. Note box
office hours above.
Fax
Fax orders may be sent to 410-704-6006. Please include all
credit card information and signature.
Ticket Delivery
Your tickets will be mailed directly to you. For orders received
less than two weeks prior to an event, tickets will be held
at the Box Office and can be picked up at the Will Call window
one hour prior to the performance.
Service Charge
All tickets are subject to a $1 per ticket service charge. A $2 service charge is applied to any order not made in person.
This fee appears as a shipping charge on your online order
form
Students, Senior Citizens, and Creative Alliance Members Discounts
Students must either be under 18 years old or have a valid
college or university ID. To receive a discount, senior citizens
must be over 60
years old. Creative Alliance Members receive a discount on
performances at Creative Alliance only. To receive a discount,
Creative Alliance Members must purchase their tickets at
authorized
Creative Alliance ticket outlets or at the door.
Special Group Rate for Weekday Matinees
Weekday matinees are only $7 per ticket for both students and adult chaperones. Call the box office for reservations or more information.
Snow Cancellations
QuestFest has four venues and each one decides independently
of the others whether or not to close because of snow. Any
cancellations will be posted on our homepage.
If Towson University
is closed, the Center for the Arts is also closed, and our
shows at Towson will be cancelled for the day. To find out
if Towson University is closed check their website at www.towson.edu or
tune into Baltimore area radio or television news.
Theatre Project is easily accessible by public transportation;
it takes a lot of snow to cancel a show there.
Creative Alliance at the Patterson and Round House Theatre will decide on snow cancellations by 6AM for morning performances
and 2PM for evening performances.
There are no refunds in the case of a snow cancellation but
you can exchange your ticket for another festival performance. To make an exchange call the venue that had the snow cancellation to make a reservation for a different show at the same venue OR call the festival box office to make a reservation at a different venue. The day of the show present your old ticket at the Will Call window. Exchanges are on a space available
