Ticket Information
E-tickets are sold online through Ticketleap.com services. The QuestFest “Performances” tab list descriptions of all shows, their venue, performance schedule, and price. Simply click on the “2010 Tickets” table. That will take you to the Ticketleap.com site where you can purchase your tickets. On February 22, the QuestFest Box Office will open at the Gallaudet University Student Academic Center (SAC) and you may also purchase tickets at each performance venue.
FreQuest Flyers
What a deal! FreQuest Flyers see as many shows as they want. Become a FreQuest Flyer on-line or at Gallaudet University, select the shows you want to see, and then click here to make a reservation. If there are seats available, they are all yours! It is that easy! Show up 30 Minutes before with your tickets and ID to Venue Booth to check your name. If you don't, we might sell them to someone else! FreQuest Flyer passes are $40 for students or
$60 for adults. Get yours today!

March 1 – 3, 2010 at 10 AM to 5 PM.
March 4 – 6, 2010 at 9 AM to 10 PM.
March 7, 2010 at 12 PM to 10 PM.
March 8 – 10, 2010 at 10 AM to 5 PM
March 11 – 13, 2010 at 9 AM to 10 PM
March 14, 2010 at 9 AM to 4 PM
Venues also will be selling tickets booths with two hours before the Performances.
No phone orders will be taken.

Ticket Delivery
E-Tickets will be sending to your email account. Then you can print it at home and bring it to Performances time.
Service Charge
All tickets are subject to a $1 per ticket service charge. A $2 service charge is applied to any order not made in person. This fee appears as a shipping charge on your online order form
Students and Senior Citizens Discounts
Students must either be under 18 years old or have a valid college or university ID. To receive a discount, senior citizens must be over 60 years old.
Special Group Rate for Weekday Matinees
Weekday matinees are only $8 per ticket for both students and $12 adult chaperones. Call the box office for reservations or more information.
Snow Cancellations
QuestFest has three venues and each one decides independently of the others whether or not to close because of snow. Any cancellations will be posted on our homepage.
If Gallaudet University is closed, the Student Academic Center (SAC) is also closed, and our shows at Gallaudet University will be cancelled for the day. To find out if Gallaudet University is closed check their website at www.gallaudet.edu
There are no refunds in the case of a snow cancellation but you can exchange your ticket for another festival performance. To make an exchange call the venue that had the snow cancellation to make a reservation for a different show at the same venue OR call the festival box office to make a reservation at a different venue. The day of the show present your old ticket at the Booth. Exchanges are on a space available basis. For new reservations call:
